This Is The Type Of Person You Should Never Trust In Life
There are 2 kinds of people in life.
There is the person who speaks from observation:
…they’ve read a few articles.
…they’ve gone to a few conferences.
…they’ve attended a few webinars.
And then there is the person who speaks from experience.
- They’ve fallen on their face.
- They’ve invested hundreds, if not thousands of hours into projects that failed miserably.
- They’ve put themselves out there and gotten rejected.
I’m someone who has never learned by watching.
It’s the reason why I struggled so much in school, and why I could never pay attention to a teacher standing in front of a white board for 50 minutes.
I’m someone who learns by doing.
And because I learn by doing, everything I share comes from a place of experience.
I’ve fallen on my face.
I’ve invested hundreds of hours into projects that made $0.
I’ve put myself out there and gotten rejected.
Oddly enough, because so few people are willing to do these things, it’s the ones who speak from real experience that everyone ends up listening to in the end.
